What We Do as Postpartum Doulas:                                                         Postpartum Doula Fees:             
1. Mother care, support, and guidance,                                                           $15.00-$25.00 an hour.
2. Breastfeeding support and instructions,                                                       Price is based on the  
3. Infant Care if Mother needs to rest or shower,                                             workload needed and
4. Sibling care,                                                                                             your location.
5. Help Dad with any questions or concerns he might have,                              Call now for a free
6. Light housework and some laundry,                                                            consultation.

We are not physicians, we do not perform medical tasks or give medical advice. 
If you need anything medical, call your doctor or your baby's doctor.
We reserve the right to refuse any tasks that are not in the realm of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate our arrangement if our services are being abused.
There will be no refund under these circumstances.




What We Do as Birth Doulas:                                                                  Birth Doula Fees: $350 
 1. One to two prenatal visits to discuss your desires for your birth and to help you prepare for your labor and delivery.
 2. Phone and email support as needed from time of contract.
 3. Assistance in developing your birth plan.
 4. 24-hour phone support beginning at the 37th week of your pregnancy.
 5. Labor support at home or in the hospital as needed when labor begins to help with management of contractions.
 6. Emotional and informational support during labor and birth.
 7. Physical support during labor and birth, including relaxation, massage, positioning, aromatherapy and other techniques for support.
 8. Photography as desired.
 9. Immediate postpartum support and initial breastfeeding assistance if desired.
10. 24-hour phone support for 1 week following the birth.
11. Postpartum visit within a month of your baby's birth.



We do not perform clinical tasks, such as blood pressure, fetal heart checks, vaginal exams, or other medical procedures that fall under the legal definition of practicing medicine.  We do not make decisions for you.  We will help you get the information necessary to make an informed decision.  We will also remind you if there is a departure from your birth plan.  We do not speak to the medical staff for you.  We will discuss your concerns with you and suggest options, however you and/or your partner must speak to the staff on your behalf.
